"Very helpful. My cats require special food which has to be ordered in. They accommodate. I have 3 cats and bring them all here. One of my Siamese Munchkins needed some dental work done and she was well taken care of. I appreciated the thorough explanations throughout, and although I was reserved about one of my babies getting put under for surgery, I have full confidence that my cats are getting the best care they can here.
