"We've been searching for a vet that our 3 cats and 1 dog could go to for long term care preventative care. Our previous vet wasn't as compassionate or professional as they once were. The dynamics changed over there since COVID, and we needed to find a new place. We found Blue Cross Animal Hospital from a simple Google search and even from just the first initial call to set things up, everyone was super nice and friendly and willing to help us. The staff are so quick to respond to emails too! We love all the staff here and they are so sweet and compassionate. Dr. Jarvi and Dr. Mack are some of the best and most compassionate doctors we've ever seen. They are very gentle with our pets. We haven't had the chance to work with the other doctors yet, but we are certain they are of the same caliber. On countless occasions, we've had urgent problems with our cats that we needed to address and BCAH has been there to assist every time. Even if they were super busy, they found a way to get us in for a walk-in just so our cat was taken care of. That's truly amazing. I could say so much more about how well BCAH has treated us and our pets, but I will avoid turning this into a book. Thank you so, so much for all you folks do to service our animals! We are loyal customers now because you are loyal to our pets and their wellbeing! "
