"The people here were so nice and respectful to me. They used they/them pronouns to refer to me and I didn't ask them to do so, they were just being respectful as I look semi androgynous. This made me feel really comfortable and welcome. I felt very listened to and they answered all questions I had thoroughly. The vet was really helpful and had a lot of great information for me and was really nice. I liked everyone I interacted with here and I really feel like they love and care about animals as much as I do. Definitely recommend. "
